I guess I shouldn't say "no one" - there are probably some masochists out there.
For everyone else, interviews can be uncomfortable, awkward, or painful. We aren't programmed to brag about ourselves and that is what we need to do be successful at interviews. As someone who is more technically minded, I prefer my work to speak for me. I know others feel the same way.

Every role has it's own unique requirements for technical expertise. Knowing what to put in a job post can make a huge difference between attracting a bland applicant and the home-run candidate that is a perfect fit.
Salesforce roles are notably difficult due to the technical vocabulary and wide range of ecosystem solutions. For example, publishing a job posting for a “CRM Manager” will produce wildly different results than a posting for a “Salesforce Administrator with a Pardot Certification and familiarity with DocuSign's AppExchange Product.” Generic descriptions are not your friend.
